Tommy was appointed General Manager, Infrastructure in April 2018 after an impressive 14 year career with the New Zealand Transport Agency and its predecessor Transit New Zealand. Tommy has real leadership qualities as well as technical abilities that are well respected across the industry.

We deliver significant capital projects, alone and with complementary local and international joint venture partners. Contract models include design and build, alliances, public private partnership (PPPs) and construct-only. Iconic projects include the Manapouri Second Tailrace Tunnel, Lyttelton Tunnel and Waterview Connection. We have also played a key role in the rebuild of Christchurch as part of the SCIRT alliance.
