| Apprentices and Cadets |
| Fletcher Construction offers both apprenticeships and cadetships for those wanting to work while studying. The cadetships we offer are aimed at those about to enrol (or are part way through their studies) for: |

| Summer Internships |
| For more than a decade Fletcher has run a highly successful Summer Internship programme that gives Bachelor of Engineering students the opportunity to get their hands dirty and gain work experience on a live site. The programme runs between November and February. |

| Year Two, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) students: |
| |
| Labouring work that provides a good basic knowledge of how construction sites work. Interns receive a competitive hourly rate, and are paired with a buddy for the duration of their internship. |

| Year Three, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Mechanical) students: |
| |
| The opportunity to work as an assistant engineer, mentored by one of our site engineers. Assistant engineers gain experience in a number of areas, including surveying, contract documentation, design, draughting and supervision. |

| Scholarships for the following year's fees are offered to the two top Year Three engineering students. |
