Well known liquor company 42 Below were delighted to take possession of an office fit-out in keeping with their edgy brand.

The office is located on the first floor of the Union Fish Building (an Historic Places Trust building) on Quay Street in Auckland’s CBD. Key features include specially selected fixtures such as leather panelled doors and chandelier feature lighting in the reception area, boardroom and directors offices.

The planning and co-ordination of the contract was an important factor as the fit-out was a combined project between specialist designer and contractor.
