Refurbishment of the existing four-storey Australian High Commission in Wellington.

The refurbishment involved extending the ground floor function area, construction of a new office for the consul, relocation of 26 staff offices to the second floor, and conversion of the theatre into new function and meeting rooms.

Security systems also received an overhaul, including construction of three security vaults with 500kg vault doors and sealed intruder resistant walls, installation of bullet proof and intruder resistant walls and doors, as well as security bollards to the exterior of the building and an iris recognition system to lock/unlock the building.
