A complete refurbishment of level 14 and 15 of the Phillips Fox Tower in the heart of Auckland city.

A very short 60-day turnaround meant early consultation with the architect and careful planning was imperative.

The refurbished office space features bamboo walls and flooring in the reception area, a floating feature ceiling above the reception desk, three new kitchens including four island units, and various associated services.
