KPMG – Maritime Tower

Fit-out of levels 7 to 11 of the Fletcher-built Maritime Tower to accommodate top accountancy firm KPMG.

The reception occupies level 9, along with a commercial kitchen, four meeting rooms, boardroom, AV room, and three seminar rooms that open into a large function room, café and barista. Just under a third of the floor finish is stone chip resin which was applied in one continuous pour. The remaining floor finishes are carpet and Victorian Ash timber. Services include state of the art sound system, projector screens and plasma TV systems.

The other four floors house offices on the west side of the building with the remainder being open plan to take advantage of the spectacular sea views.
