The third ‘green’ 5-star design project for Fletcher Construction.

The 17 storey office tower received a complete makeover to the existing 14 levels and the addition of four new column free floors now offers office space befitting its location at the heart of the waterfront commercial precinct.

In June 2010, 21 Queen Street became the first refurbished building in New Zealand to achieve the New Zealand Green Building Council’s 5 Star Green Star rating for both “design” and “built”.
