The first Fletcher project in Queenstown for a number of years, the project involves construction of 25 two and three-bedroom luxury apartments and three executive houses with three to four bedrooms.

The apartment block features a central spa and BBQ area for guests. Due to the sloping site, retaining structures and ground anchors had to be placed prior to any excavation commencing. The main apartment building consists of a precast and insitu concrete structure over nine levels.
