Construction of the first major retail complex for the island.

The retail centre houses 64 tenants in four double-storey interconnected buildings including, seven restaurants, several retail shops, a supermarket, and a medical centre on the ground floor with commercial offices taking up the second floor. A central feature to the centre is a courtyard with amphitheatre where locals gather for nightly cultural shows.
