IBSA Kingdom Hall & Hall of Residence

  • Division: South Pacific
  • Location: Papua New Guinea
  • Started: September 2006
  • Cost: PGK $4.8 million
  • Client: IBSA
  • Completed: November 2007

Construction of a two-story Kingdom Hall and four-story Hall of Residence for the International Bible Students’ Association (part of the Jehovah's Witnesses).

The contract involved construction of the main structures of both buildings with the client completing internal fitout and external finishes. However, due to the limited labour force, it was requested that Fletcher Morobe carried out the external finishes as well.

Completed in stages, the Kingdom Hall was completed first in April 2007 followed by the Residential Building.
