  • Location: American Samoa
  • Started: March 2006
  • Cost: USD $3.2 million

The historic signature Fale Laumei building in Utulei, American Samoa received a multi-million dollar facelift having suffered significant deterioration over the years.

The initial contract involved a basic renovation but was extended to include further site works, fencing, and sound and lighting systems when the local Government was given the opportunity to host the 2007 US Coral Reef Task force meeting.

The excellent end result received very positive feedback from the community.
