Air New Zealand Koru Lounge

  • Division: Interiors
  • Location: Wellington
  • Started: April 2008
  • Cost: $1.37 million
  • Client: Air New Zealand
  • Completed: November 2008

A complete refurbishment of the Air New Zealand Koru lounge.

The upgraded lounge features timber planks bound together with No. 8 wire on the walls, corrugated Perspex, cane furniture and linear weatherboards, reflecting the rustic New Zealand bach look.

The lounge remained open throughout the refurbishment so much of the work had to be completed at night.
