Base-build refurbishment of EDS House.

The refurbishment covered nine levels and included new bathrooms and lift lobby upgrades to all levels, and new carpet and pan lighting to all levels excluding level 10 which was already refurbished and occupied. Works also involved a full fire rating upgrade including fire doors, alarms and wall fire rating improvement.


Added on as a separate contract but completed at the same time was the fit-out of the ground floor and levels 1 and 2 for another tenant.
