Landlord Works – AMP Building

A 10 level base-build refurbishment of the existing historic 1925 AMP Building for new tenants.

Completed in two stages, the project involved replacing three existing lifts, the complete demolition and rebuild of 19 bathrooms together with two new disabled bathrooms, construction of a large internal 8m high open plan area, a new 40m2 outdoor deck area at roof level, a new café, and construction of a new street level disabled entranceway.
