Situated at Opunake beach in Taranaki, the multi-level development consisted of a circular main block building and second stand-alone block.  

The main block features a turret and houses a restaurant, café, commercial kitchen, and conference facilities on the ground floor, with three standard suites on the second floor and plush honeymoon suites on the third floor. The second block houses four standard suites.
