General Manager - Brian Perry Civil
Andrew has worked in the Fletcher family of businesses since 2004, when he started as a Site Engineer. He has held a variety of management roles within Fletcher Construction and Brian Perry Civil, including time as BPC’s Southern Regional Manager before moving to his current role.
Andrew’s expertise and inclusive leadership style is respected across the construction industry. He has experience in all aspects of the business, demonstrating his strength and resilience in collaborating to deliver challenging projects. His effective communication and engagement skills underpin his success. He inspires his leadership team and everyone across BPC to constantly strive for excellence and develop smart solutions for our clients’ most difficult problems.
Andrew graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering with first class honors.
Northern Regional Manager
Chris thrives on solving complex challenges and is renowned for always finding a way. He has built impressive technical, commercial, and leadership credentials from a civil engineering career in both the UK and NZ across a range of sectors – including 3 Waters, Transportation, and Ports & Marine.
Chris is skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and their design partners. He understands internal drivers and works to achieve successful project outcomes for all parties. Holding himself and his teams to high standards, Chris is committed to mentoring others to help them achieve their potential.
Chris has been an integral part of Brian Perry Civil across a variety of roles for over a decade. As Regional Manager, he now oversees the delivery of a variety of challenging projects for some of New Zealand's largest public and private organisations.
Central Regional Manager
With over 30 years of construction experience in both the UK and NZ, Adam understands how to deliver projects to meet our clients' requirements.
Adam describes himself as an investor in people. He prides himself on developing his team and inspiring people to reach their full potential.
Adam has worked in the Fletcher family of businesses since 2004, starting as a Precast Manager. Adam has managed the Central North Island Regional business since 2015 and is currently also the Ground Engineering Divisional Manager.
Southern Regional Manager
Blair’s collaborative leadership inspires our Southern Region team to always seek the most effective solutions for our clients and the communities in which we work. He understands the value of building strong, trusted relationships and his inclusive approach wins respect from clients, project partners, staff, and stakeholders alike.
A particular asset for clients during the ECI phase of projects, Blair leads by example working in alliances to ensure objectives are achieved together. He brings business acumen, infrastructure skills, and an ability to turn a group of individual experts into a collaborative team able to achieve best-for-project outcomes. He champions innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies, delivering sustainable solutions that reduce the cost of delivery, increase programme performance, and client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Blair has built his skills over 20 years in the civil engineering industry in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Australia. He understands the value of building cultures in which health and safety and wellbeing are central.
PipeWorks Manager
Jaco has more than 16 years’ experience in the construction, repair, and maintenance of underground infrastructure across New Zealand. As the manager of PipeWorks, he oversees over 55 staff and an annual turnover of around $22M. He can offer clients pragmatic advice around all aspects of pipelining and trenchless rehabilitation methods, with a focus on innovative solutions to meet broader environmental and social outcomes. Rehabilitation has significant benefits including carbon and cost reduction, with significantly less stakeholder impact than conventional methods.
Jaco is proud of the range of solutions PipeWorks offers to ensure best value outcomes for District and City Councils. These include CIPP lining, pipe bursting, slip lining, and swage lining to rehabilitate and improve buried pipelines. PipeWorks can even rehabilitate potable and wastewater pressure mains with a UV cured structural liner specifically designed for each application. Jaco’s in-depth knowledge of these methodologies, along with New Zealand drainage industry standards and regulatory requirements, makes him a huge asset to clients, designers, and project teams alike.
Head of Ground Engineering
Caroline is a ground engineering specialist with more than 25 years’ experience. Before moving to New Zealand to join our team in 2024, she worked for some of the largest civil engineering contractors in the UK.
As BPC’s Head of Ground Engineering, Caroline uses her proven engineering expertise to manage projects across the country while engaging in strategic and long-term planning. She leads a team which continues to push the barriers of challenging and technically complex projects.
Caroline is a passionate ambassador for women in engineering, having actively contributed to initiatives in the UK aimed at encouraging female participation in construction. As one of our senior female frontline leaders, she is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes equal opportunities for professional development.
Head of Finance
Debbie is a highly regarded leader with proven financial and project management skills. Debbie’s focus on strategy and operations has seen her develop a range of processes and systems to improve BPC’s business on a national level.
Debbie uses her commercial nous to provide financial leadership, from accounting and financial modelling to policy design and performance management. She understands the meaning behind the numbers to enable sound commercial direction.
Debbie strives to further herself and her team, often providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.
Supporting pathways for women getting into construction is important to Debbie. She is a NAWIC member and Chairperson for the BPC Branch.
Debbie has worked in the Fletcher family of businesses since 2004, starting as a Regional Accountant for Placemakers. Debbie has worked in her role as Head of Finance in BPC’s senior leadership since 2018.
Strategy & Business Performance Manager
Louise’s broad industry skill set and collaborative, outcomes approach have been developed from more than 20 years’ international experience in construction project management. She works to understand clients’ needs, what the future market looks like, and the likely pipeline of work ahead.
From her first role in construction, Louise knew she’d found the industry where she belonged. She has managed large commercial and infrastructure projects from their initial business case analysis and scoping phase through to successful construction and implementation.
The strong relationships and people skills Louise have developed have equipped her to be a confident and very capable leader, able to build high-performing teams and work effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver major projects that add value all round.
Head of People & Performance
Lana is a highly experienced and respected HR professional with a diverse background spanning the insurance, retail, and telecommunications sectors in New Zealand and internationally. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for delivering strategic and practical HR solutions that drive business performance and foster positive workplace cultures.
With a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and guiding high-performing HR teams, Lana brings a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to every challenge. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals and is known for her ability to translate organisational needs into clear and actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
Lana works closely with our talented People & Performance team, collaborating with senior leaders and key stakeholders to advance our people agenda. Her focus includes enhancing employee engagement, driving performance, and supporting professional development across the organisation.
