Chief Executive

Phil Boylen was appointed Chief Executive of Fletcher Construction Company Limited (FCC) in May 2022.

He has been with the business since 2019. Before taking over as CEO, Phillip was responsible for both Brian Perry Civil and Higgins; these businesses represent around 70% of the total FCC operations.  He also has experience leading the Watercare Alliance and South Pacific businesses. 

Phil has a proven strong track record of driving both business performance and strong customer outcomes. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles in United Group Ltd, Downer and Tenix.

Brian Perry Civil is a specialist contractor in groundwork and complex civil, three waters (drinking water, stormwater and wastewater) and marine projects. The company, which includes Piletech, PipeWorks and Seovic, has a reputation for performance, innovation and quality in high-risk civil engineering projects.

Higgins builds and maintains roads and civil infrastructure throughout New Zealand and within Fiji. With a 'customer number one' focus, Higgins is a dynamic civil construction business with a team of 1600 people.
