latestnews nawic2025

We’re still basking in the glow of the recent National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Excellence Awards – a great night for Fletcher Construction!

We were awarded highly commended in the premiere award of the night – the Helen Tippet award. This award recognises ’’significant achievement in advancing and furthering the interests of women in the building, construction or infrastructure industries.’ This is a fantastic recognition of the work we are doing to increase female representation in our business, and across our industry.

We also had three individual winners on the night – Amanda Byrne for Excellence In Construction Organisation - Office, Juana West for Achievement in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment and Dayna Bailey for Specialist Plant & Machinery Operators Excellence. Rachel Duncan was Highly Commended in the Student Excellence Award and Corrina Marunui received Special Merit in the Apprentice Excellence category. We were also represented by Pam Haa, who was a finalist in the Outstanding Leader of the Year - Site Award.
