Zone Maintenance Manager

With extensive construction experience, Aisake Radu says he’s chosen the best possible workplace in Fletcher Higgins Fiji. "The work environment stands out for me. There's room to move around, upskill, and grow."

Aisake began his career as a civil apprentice with an energy provider before moving on to the Fiji Roads Authority as a works inspector. He joined Fletcher Higgins as a project engineer for the Kings Road upgrade project and is currently Zone Maintenance Manager for Zone 4 under the FRA Maintenance Contract. He is responsible for maintaining both unsealed and sealed road networks and overseeing key projects like the Ellington Wharf upgrade and Irish crossings pavement rehabilitation and renewal. He’s looking forward to celebrating three years with Fletcher Higgins this November.

Elifasi Kirikiti is Fletcher Higgins Fiji’s Maintenance Manager, overseeing the Western Division Maintenance Contract team, which covers Sigatoka, Nadi and Lautoka, Ba and Tavua, and Rakiraki.
