Glenn Boyer celebrated 30 years’ service with BPC and other Fletcher Construction companies. Starting as a labourer, he’s worked his way through a carpentry apprenticeship and project work around the country to become a highly respected Superintendent.

“I love building stuff,” he says. “We’re never building the same thing twice, it’s always different. I love the camaraderie of working for BPC - you can talk to anyone, everyone’s approachable, it’s like being in a family business.”

Glenn followed his father into the construction business and his daughter Hayley is studying engineering at The University of Waikato. He’s always keen to pass his skills and experience on to others on site and enjoys helping young people develop their careers.
