From cadet site engineer to QA Engineer, Rishal Prasad has built a diverse and rewarding career at Fletcher Higgins Fiji. Rishal started onsite with major infrastructure projects and transitioned into supporting the implementation of quality assurance processes on projects. She now helps identify and resolve quality issues early, compile accurate documentation, and continuously improve site QA practices.
